2019: 221.3 miles
I ran 2,436.8 miles in 2018 according to Strava. I hope to run a bit more than that this year, but am focusing on getting faster more than anything else. To accomplish that, I’m doing a ‘speed workout’ with intervals once a week, two runs at a consistently ‘fast’ pace and three runs at easier paces, with one rest day. It’s working so far.
